At Veoluxu, we carefully prepare every order so your jewelry and handbags arrive safely and beautifully.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, customs, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
Any applicable shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the package has been shipped.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please allow a little additional time as carrier delays can occasionally occur.
If your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or standard shipping fee.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order is processed.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
